The Return/Exchange Policy for E-commerce

• All Sales are non-refundable. Refunds are only allowed for defected or wrongly shipped merchandise.
• Online purchased product can be exchanged online only within 15 days; at current (Last Discounted) price.
• Invoice or e-receipt needed (or exact date needed to track purchase).
• Exchange is only possible on unworn/unused merchandise with all tags attached.
• Defected clothes can be exchanged or refunded at store of purchase only; at price of purchase.
• CLEARANCE SALE and FACTORY OUTLET purchases cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Refunds are only available for defected and wrongly shipped merchandise with all reverse logistics to be borne by the brand. Please notify your claim for defects within 15 days of purchase.
• Credit vouchers will be issued for all refunds.
• All merchandise can be exchanged with-in 15 days of purchase

Important Care Instructions:

1. No Bleach or Stain Removers: Please refrain from using any bleach or stain-removing chemicals on our products.
2. Avoid Twist Forms: To prevent copy marks, avoid keeping wet fabrics in twist form.
3. Protect from Sunlight: Do not dry fabrics in direct sunlight as it may affect the material.
4. Iron with Care: Iron your clothes with caution and at a moderate temperature to preserve their quality.
5. Separate Washing: Always wash colored and white fabrics separately to avoid color bleeding.
6. Pre-Stitch Soak: Prior to stitching, soak fabrics in water for 15 minutes.
7. Dry Cleaning Recommended: We highly recommend dry cleaning for all our products to maintain their longevity and appearance.
   
   Please Note: We are not liable for any damages caused by washing using any another method than advised.

Product Details and Variations:

• Accessories: Please note that stitched/unstitched suits may or may not include accessories. Some accessories shown in images are for modeling purposes only and may not be included with the suits.
• Sleeves: All stitched outfits will come with sleeves or fabric for sleeves. Sleeveless outfits are intended for photoshoots only.
• Modesty: We ensure that any revealing aspects of the dress are covered. Some outfits may be stitched in an alternate way to maintain modesty.
• Photography Elements: Occasionally, certain elements shown in photographs are for photography purposes only and may not be included in the retail product. This can result in variations in cut, length, style, and dress embellishments.
• Color Disclaimer: Please be aware that the actual color of the product may vary slightly from the image shown due to various factors including lighting and digital display variations.
• Stitching: Can vary from the size guide as we use the size guide for an approximate measurement, please note this can vary from 1-2 inches
