We have simplified our returns policy to make it easier to understand. Please review our updated return policy carefully.
Your satisfaction is important to us. To maintain the quality of our service, we have established the following return

guidelines:
Return Period: Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Requests: We regret that we cannot process any refund requests beyond this 7 days period.

Return Method: All online orders must be returned via post.
Clearance Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance sale items.

Return Resolution:
We offer a full refund to the original payment method for items returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Items must be in selling condition, unworn, and folded properly in their original packaging, with the tag attached.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted without the tag.
Please include the Packing Slip/Invoice inside the return box. Failure to do so may result in a delayed refund.
No exceptions to these conditions.

Refund Policy:
The refund process typically takes 14 working days after we receive the returned item.
You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we will inform you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
If the item was paid for using a credit note, the refund will be issued back to the same credit note.

Credit Note Policy:
You may choose to receive a credit note instead of a refund. A credit note will be processed within 2 to 3 days after we receive the returned item.
If you decide to return your order, the customer is responsible for both the delivery and return shipping costs.
A £5 delivery charge will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping expenses.

Damaged Outfits & Issues:
Inspect Upon Receipt
Items must be in selling condition, unworn, and folded properly in their original packaging, with the tag attached.
If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately.
This will allow us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Return Conditions: Items must be returned unused, in their original, saleable condition.
It is your responsibility to inspect the item for any damages before wearing or using it.

Worn or Used Items: If the item has been worn or used, we regret that we will not be able to accept a return, even if it was faulty.
Returns cannot be processed if damage is noticed after the item has been worn.

Misuse or Negligence: If an item is damaged due to misuse or negligence, we are unable to offer a return or exchange.

Trackable Shipping:
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return.
While we make every effort to ensure smooth processing, we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item without tracking.
Using a trackable service will help us resolve any issues that may arise during the return process.

Important Care Instructions:

No Bleach or Stain Removers: Please refrain from using any bleach or stain-removing chemicals on our products.

Avoid Twist Forms: To prevent copy marks, avoid keeping wet fabrics in twist form.

Protect from Sunlight: Do not dry fabrics in direct sunlight as it may affect the material.

Iron with Care: Iron your clothes with caution and at a moderate temperature to preserve their quality.

Separate Washing: Always wash colored and white fabrics separately to avoid color bleeding.

Dry Cleaning Recommended: We highly recommend dry cleaning for all our products to maintain their longevity and appearance.

Please Note: We are not liable for any damages caused by washing using any another method than advised.

Product Details and Variations:

Accessories: Please note that stitched/unstitched suits may or may not include accessories. Some accessories shown in images are for modeling purposes only and may not be included with the suits.

Sleeves: All stitched outfits will come with sleeves or fabric for sleeves. Sleeveless outfits are intended for photoshoots only.

Modesty: We ensure that any revealing aspects of the dress are covered. Some outfits may be stitched in an alternate way to maintain modesty.

Photography Elements: Occasionally, certain elements shown in photographs are for photography purposes only and may not be included in the retail product. This can result in variations in cut, length, style, and dress embellishments.

Color Disclaimer: Please be aware that the actual color of the product may vary slightly from the image shown due to various factors including lighting and digital display variations.

Stitching: Can vary from the size guide as we use the size guide for an approximate measurement, please note this can vary from 1-2 inches
